Wildflowers, St Nick's :: Shared Description

The parks service has created three wildflower areas in the less-trodden parts of St Nicholas Park. An ever-changing community of plants may be enjoyed week after week. The swards are mown once a year in the autumn; the hay is collected and taken away. Local authorities are required to increase the biodiversity of their areas.
