SD7656 : County boundary, Tosside

taken 2 months ago, near to Tosside, North Yorkshire, Great Britain

County boundary, Tosside
County boundary, Tosside
The boundary runs north-south along roads either side of the village centre, and the end of the white line in the middle of the road presumably marks a difference in approach of the respective highway authorities (North Yorkshire this side, Lancashire the other). The whole village was formerly in the West Riding.
