A mermaid at Culzean
A mermaid at Culzean
From May to September 2021, Culzean Country Park has set out a trail of 15 willow sculptures that celebrate Scotlandís Year of Coasts & Waters. Created by talented Girvan artist, David Powell, the sculptures depict a mixture of real and mythical creatures relating to sea and water. The typical image of the mythical mermaid, half woman, half fish, is illustrated here.
