A little park, and St Matthew's Church, Northowram
A little park, and St Matthew's Church, Northowram
The park seems to have been made in the late 20C on a site of a smithy. The church, with its massive tower that is detached apart from a linking passage, was built in 1913. There was previously a mission church to the south of the adjacent Sunday School. This is a revisit to SE1126 : St Matthew's Parish Church, Northowram. The tidy flower beds are no longer maintained, and there are less benches.
