taken 2 months ago, near to Skenfrith, Monmouthshire/Sir Fynwy, Great Britain

Skenfrith - The River Monnow
Skenfrith - The River Monnow
The fast-flowing River Monnow flows past the eastern side of Skenfrith Castle.
For much of its course this river is the border between Wales (generally to the west) and England, but here a loop of it enters entirely into Wales as it flows through this border village in Monmouthshire.
