This headland lies on the North-East coast of Ireland. It is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, by virtue of some unique geological formations (metamorphic limestones) which can be seen in the sea-cliffs below the headland.

The picture shows a disused Coastguard lookout station on the summit, with its accommodation block below.
