Rothley Castle
Rothley Castle is a folly, built circa 1755 by Daniel Garrett for Sir Walter Blackett. It consists of two square end towers with a larger square central tower, with the three joined by an approximately 60 metre long curtain wall, which runs along the top of the hill. It is a Grade II* Listed Building. This is the central tower, photographed in January 1970.
