Derelict site, Conon Bridge
Derelict site, Conon Bridge
Located alongside the River Conon, this is the site of the former Pescanova fish factory which was destroyed by fire in 1998. Since the fire, the cleared site was used as a yard by energy company SSE for its Beauly to Denny power line project.
In 2015, application was made for a residential scheme comprising 72 homes and over 5,000sq ft of floor space for shops on the site. However, this application has now expired, and the site remains derelict.
