Winterscales Beck :: SD7579

Winterscales Beck rises on the slopes of Whernside as Force Gill and flows South East then South to become Little Dale Beck.It flows past Winterscales Farm and becomes Winterscales Beck.The beck disappears underground at Hawes Gill a journey of approx. 6km. The beck reappears near Chapel le Dale as Chapel Beck and eventually the River Doe.
