SE7972 : Blocked and reduced windows at St Mary's

taken 4 years ago, near to Old Malton, North Yorkshire, Great Britain

Blocked and reduced windows at St Mary's
Blocked and reduced windows at St Mary's
There was probably an aisle alongside the Nave - now outside the church on this side - but for economy the great arches have been walled up except for small windows.
Larger original windows above have been blocked completely.
Despite the curious stonework the outer walls seem in generally good weatherproof state, and a number of eroded stones have been replaced.
