Too Big a Leap
The end of the footpath alongside River Rea, next to Cannon Hill Park. Even with waders the flow of the river is too great to pass beyond here (north). Directly above us is Edgbaston Road and Edgbaston Cricket Ground

This was the start of an attempt to navigate the River Rea north into Birmingham. (see later photos - search for "River Rea")
