Tiger-trap above Faulston
A Tiger-trap is a cross-country style of horse-jump consisting of rails set at an angle over either a deep ditch or a wire fence. There can be either one set of rails or two sets that make an inverted 'V'. They are inviting for horses to jump as they are usually fairly low and wide make a longer and wider jump, which is easier and more natural for them.
