Farm building
Farm building
Now used as workshops, the building belongs to Manor Farm. The old churn stand to the left is evidence that this was once a dairy farm.

Before the arrival of bulk milk tankers, milk was transported in churns on the back of a lorry; to assist the driver in loading the full churns, stands were erected at a similar height to the lorry bed to prevent any unnecessary lifting and straining.
