Forest Track, Newton House Plantation
An orienteer runs up Pike Hill during an event. The forest has long been used for orienteering. Early maps when the trees were young and only two metres high were named 'Maybeck'. Recent maps refer to the forest as 'Sneaton'. The Ordnance Survey name it as Newton House Plantation.
