Goereen Island and Roeillaun
Goereen Island and Roeillaun
Goereen Island is tied to the mainland by an excellent example of a tombolo, only covered at the highest tide. Roeillaun to the left is tied in its turn by a sandbar to Goereen.

On the horizon are Inishlyon L5664 and Davillaun L5866, islands off the east end of Inishbofin. In the far distance to the right is Inishturk.
