ISLE OF MAN

The Isle of Man fell outside of the Act of Parliament bringing in the Haldane Reforms of 1908 that established the Territorial Force and the company strength unit continued as Volunteers based in Douglas.

The First Manx Service Company would later serve with 2nd Battalion Cheshire Regiment in Salonika. The Second Manx Service Company fared less well with its troops provided as drafts to other regiments.
